What we collect, and what we deliberately don't

Waitlist email. If you join the waitlist we store your email address (and, if you chose one, which build excites you) so we can write to you when the path opens. One update, unsubscribe anytime, never passed to anyone else.
Questions. If you ask a question we store your email and the question so a human can answer you from a kwslabs.com address. Submissions are scanned for things that look like passwords or keys and rejected - we refuse to store secrets even by accident.
Web analytics. We use self-hosted Umami for anonymous page counts - no advertising trackers, no cross-site anything, and the data never leaves our own server.
Anti-bot check. The forms may include a Cloudflare Turnstile check to keep bots out; it verifies your browser, not your identity.
The portal (questionnaire answers, your Blueprint, lesson progress, the Server Passport) stores everything in your own browser's localStorage in this version. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data clears it. There are no accounts yet; when accounts arrive, this page will change first.
- No selling or sharing your data - with anyone, ever
- No advertising trackers or third-party analytics
- No storing passwords, keys, tokens, or logs - paste surfaces actively refuse them
- No scanning your server - the Passport only knows what you type into it
